Chalfont St Giles 1st anniversary

Having acquired the former premises of Colman & Green in 2009 we brought our distinctive orange and black branding and wide range of professional services to the village under the experienced management of Simon Colman who, in turn, is ably supported by negotiator Catherine Holloway.

The office at 3 The Green in Chalfont St Giles High Street is centrally located, next to the famous Merlin's Cave public house, and overlooks the picturesque village green.

We have secured a number of terrific instructions and made some very interesting sales including the sale of a new home in a private road on the Denham, Chalfont St Peter borders for around £3 million. What is particularly interesting about this transaction is that we originally let the property on our innovative "try before you buy" basis and the tenant has now exercised that option and become the purchaser.

With offices in both Chalfont St Giles and Gerrards Cross we are now covering a large area of South Buckinghamshire in regards both sales and lettings. Our recent recognition in the Guild of Professional Estate Agents Awards is further testament to the quality of our service."

We are also well known for their involvement in the local community and for supporting good causes. One of the first activities the Chalfont St Giles team got involved in during 2009 was the Country Show and they will be represented there again this year on 4th September.
