We are immensely relieved to have finally secured an exchange of contract on our sale. During the long process there were few highs and many lows but the unremitting dedication, enthusiasm and professionalism of the whole team never faltered - it always seemed that 'our' transaction was the most important of the day.

Huge effort was expended in managing the process over the months and in tackling the numerous challenges that arose.
