Ombudsman for Estate Agents
We are voluntary members of this free, fair
and completely independent service for buyers and sellers of residential property in the UK. The Ombudsman sets out a framework within which members must operate, sets the standards of service they should provide and also acts as arbitrators between agents and consumers. It is worth mentioning that the OEA has recently been awarded approval of their Code of Practice by the Office of Fair Trading further underlining their credibility with the buying and selling public. |

National Association of Estate Agents and Association of Residential Letting Agents
These two bodies are dedicated to the goal of professionalism within High Street Estate Agency. Their aim is to reassure the general public that by appointing an NAEA and ARLA member to represent them they will receive in return the highest level of integrity and service in both sales and lettings. Each member is bound by the vigorously enforced Code of Practice and adheres to professional Rules of Conduct.
